Every project begins with a 90-minute in-home consultation. We'll walk through your space together and talk about what is working, what is not, and what you would love to change. We'll also discuss your style, lifestyle, budget, priorities, and the level of design help you need.
After our visit, I'll put together a tailored proposal outlining the recommended scope, design investment, and next steps.
Now the design really begins to come to life! I'll develop the floor plans, furniture layouts, finishes, lighting, cabinetry details, plumbing selections, furnishings, and all the other elements your project may need.
Every selection is considered as part of the bigger picture so the finished home feels layered, cohesive, and personal to you.
With the design approved, it is time to bring everything together. Depending on the services included in your proposal, I may assist with ordering, vendor and trade coordination, construction questions, installation, and final styling.
My job is to keep the design vision on track and help make sure the finished space feels polished, intentional, and completely yours.
Here comes the fun part! Once your proposal is approved, I'll send a little design homework, including a questionnaire and Pinterest board, to help me understand your style, lifestyle, and how you want your home to feel.
I'll also gather measurements, photographs, existing plans, and details about anything you would like to keep.We'll review it all together at the design concept meeting and establish the aesthetic direction, color palette, and floor plan options before moving into the details.
Once the design is ready, I'll present the full concept and walk you through the details, which may include floor plans, elevations, renderings, materials, furnishings, and specifications.
I'll review your feedback, make any needed refinements, and finalize the documents that guide the next phase.
I work closely with the general contractor to ensure all aspects of our design are installed and completed properly. I keep you informed on progress each step of the way.
